Showroom Auto Detail is hands down the best car wash I have used in Southern California. Their attention to detail and level of care for the price is outstanding as a simple wash is essentially a mini detail. I’ve used everything from their full details for my girlfriends car, and just regular washes and the value and card given is amazing. I highly recommend them to all my friends. They even made my girlfriend’s 170,000 mile civic engine bay look brand new!

Owner cares a lot about customer satisfaction and value. Employees work hard to do their job properly. I have before and after photos of how filthy my car was, to looking brand new within a 2 hour wait time (not bad at all)! I would just recommend to call the place the day of your scheduled reservation to double confirm if they have you in their bookings. I had to reschedule my appointment after showing up because there wasn't enough communication, but after making a phone call, everything was fine and the owner gave me a discount for the issue. In the end, I would recommend this place for a full interior detail with a bonus of a nice customer service experience. They will get the job done, and right!
Insanely good work!! Spoke to Oscar when scheduling my appointment. When I dropped off, staff was attentive and assuring. We did a walk around, I pointed out scratches from a hibiscus tree that went along the entire right side of my SUV. They promised they would try their best to remove. I couldn't believe my eyes when I went back (9:20am ready at 12pm). The scratch is entirely gone, along with a light damage from another car merging into me. Oscar came out and took the time to walk around with me and show me everything they were able to do. My car looks incredible and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

I first stopped by to get an estimate and see if they could help fix my swirls left by another shop. Oscar evaluated my car and said he could make look brand new again. He booked me for next day. Job well done, no more swirls and car looks shiny and beautiful. We did a final check and walkthrough before Oscar gave the final ok. Great customer service, will definitely be back for future needs.
I came here for the first time and was so impressed by their work. There are a lot of car washes in Pasadena with a lot of bad reviews. I wanted to find a place that I could trust and depend on to do a good job. Showroom delivered. It takes a while and isn't the cheapest car wash around but I'd much rather it take more time and be a little more expensive for a really good job on the car. Looking forward to getting my car washed here in the future.
